It right abouve the top cylinder looks like a 2 by 2 box. Has 4hex bolts holding it in. I have a 1998 120 as well. went through impeller and t-stat replace earlier this year. http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=467554 I posted all the part numbers needed here.
