how to replace shaft oil seal housing on a 2007 SX-M 1.6 outdrive

I was finally able to get the housing out. Had to drill out the outside edge of the housing. But was able to unscrew it.
Now wtg on a shaft housing to arrive.
so since i made a removal tool out of a pipe, any ideas on how to torque everything down to specs?
