How worried should I be?

Bought an 88 Starcraft 18' cc that needed a new floor. I took that out, but they was worried the transom was rotted. Not terrible but not great and waterlogged, so I too that out.

When I removed everything I noticed differences between the port and starboard corners where the bottom of the boat is riveted to the back aluminum. On the starboard side it was clearly repaired at some point with new pop rivets and then a thick black sealant (roofing sealant?) There is also a little bit that looks like epoxy. The rivets on the bottom seemed to be coated in silicone and the seam has some kind of sealant in it.

I really don't want to take out hull rivets and reseal that corner, but should I do it while I have the boat all torn apart? I am planning on picking up a quart of Gluvit and coat all seams.

Also, the transom did not have an aluminum sheet in the inside of the boat. Is that unusual? Made it real easy to remove to inspect and remove the transom, but I wondered if that sheet was removed at some point in this boat's life.

Any help welcomed.
