Hydraulic steering seized - Repair places and cost

Morning, I went to head out fishing this morning only to discover I had no
steering

I couldn't move it at all.

The boat is kept in a garage and thoroughly hosed down after each trip out
in the salt water and I have purged and re-greased it every season but there
has been a crack in the hose pictured below since before I got it.
I'm sure I missed doing something maintenance wise or it should have been
replaced long ago but here we are.

I'm wondering where is a good place/person to take this to for repair and
any ideas on the cost?
Almost everything looks to be in OK condition except the cable/hose and
there is some sort of block or seizure as I cannot turn the motor by hand or
by wheel (actually most of the damage was me trying to turn the wheel and
thinking it was really stiff before I went back and looked).

I'm grateful for any and all help

Forgot to mention, the motor trims up and down with no problems.

Disconnect the steering link circled below and see if the motor swivels.

Also, I don't think you have hydraulic steering and seeing the steering cable is telling me it needs to be replaced. Wasn't the steering getting harder and harder as time went by?

You're definitely right, it's not hydraulic, my ignorance is showing but a friend on another forum educated me just now :) It's cable steer.
Steering was not getting harder but there was a break in the cable when I got the boat, I tried to hose it down and dry it after each use in salt and I put some spray on rubber sealant to try and keep the water out but it seems like the salt finally got to it. I'd not used the boat in about 2 months and it seems like it finally seized up in my garage.

I disconnected that arm and the motor turns nice and smooth, no resistance. I guess I just need to get a new cable and try to get the old one out.
What would you recommend to make sure there's no corrosion inside the piston thing?

If you mean the tilt tube, a shotgun cleaning brush works nicely.

Yep, I meant the tilt tube. Thanks for the help, hopefully I can get it fixed this week.

got the old cable out and new cable in, hardest part was getting the old wheel off.
Next up is replacement upholstery for the seats.
Thanks everyone for the help.
