I watched Mariko Izumi, Hookin up with on Lake Lanere ( spell check ) GA, and the guide tapped on the bottom of his boat with a stick which raised the Stripers up from 60' to 30' and concentrated them under the boat, and made them active.NO FREAKIN' WAY! Details?
