Yup. Allow them all to apply for amnesty, citizenship, or werk visas at their pleasure. But allow applications from only one city clerk's office... That being Mexico City,Mexico.<br /><br />This idea is not original, as i heard a caller on a local talk show call-in and sugjest it.<br />I really liked that idea enough to post it here.
