the floor and transom are as rotten as they get but i have ripped out all the wood and am in the procces of putting in new wood and glassing it

and i see what you meen lark about a smaller engine pssoibly being able to outpreform a smaller one. i got it up on a plane with a 7.5 horse rude with was a real shocker to me
