1946-1950 model is as close as I can get on the year.As per the sticker in the photo,the fuel oil mix ratio is 16:1.You can substitute TCW3 oil for the older recommendation on the engine sticker.A factory service manual can be got at the Ken Cook web site.A generic manual can be got here at iboats.

I've got a 1940 HD15 which is the forerunner of your motor. I suspect that outside of cosmetics everything underneath is close to identical.
I found this on-line factory service manual that covers up to 1940.

There isn't a lot on the HD series but there are some cutaway views that show where everything is.
This style of motor was built from about 1937 till 1952.
The top covers where changed numerous times but the leg continued to look the same for the whole period.
