I managed to repair my stern light socket, now I need a globe/lens. Anyone know where I find can one?? Thanks

Most of the lighting fixtures were furnished by --Perco-- you might try there web site.

Probably not very helpful but a while ago I saw an ebay add for just such a stern light (complete) and the seller claimed he had a source for the globes but did not reveal it. Too bad.

TGP, that is what's called a Jetson light. Lots and lots of boats in the 60's had em. Especially Starcrafts. They are getting a little harder to find now days and the globes were famous for turning purple over time. I fell in love with this stern light when I first saw one and as a result have several and even more parts.

The globes are fairly hard to find. Keep an eye out on ebay especially the NOS boat parts section and you'll find one. They come up every so often.

Thanks for the replies, I checked the perko site no luck there, I'll have to watch ebay. Not for long though, I need to move forward, I'll buy new If I don't find one soon, I have almost all my materials for the electrical system, and I'm ready to start wiring.

Here a good place to by terminal rings, fuses, and fuse block for small boats.

They are made of glass. Not plastic.

FYI, pretty sure mine is original and it has a sandblasted interior to diffuse the light. Just sayin.

The one I have linked to my post says it is glass, it also has what appears to the correct measurements, It looks clear, and the ad say NOS. Sure hate to spend the money and not have it be the correct globe/lens. Looks Like I have a couple days to decide.

Anyone have a picture (close up) of the bow light, that might have perched atop my bow. Must have been round w/3 holes.
