I/O Oil viscosity

For a 1990 OMC 4.3L, what engine oil is reccommended? I have heard that the reccomendations in the manuel have been updated.

I assume it is a single viscosity?

Another oil thread...

Straight 30 weight is fine and what OMC calls for.
Pick up some Rotella at most auto parts stores or truck stops.
Very good oil for marine use in a straight 30 weight,
