Lifting Update . . .
I bought a shop hoist to lift the extension bracket. Some assembly was required. Then, I put a couple of U bolts in through the top plate to hook onto.

I figured if I can put it on dollies instead of blocks, I can move the thing around as needed.

EXCEPT . . . the extension bracket balances on the back of the planing surface where it rests on the dolly. The dolly in the front is loose and nothing else is holding it. The Homer Buckets are on the ready though in case it gets tippy.
In terms of flipping the extension bracket over . . .
Plan A - lift the aft portion as high as I can and see if I can get it attached to the furniture dolly.
Plan B - Watch the snow melt and bring it outside to the gantry and lift it very high in the air until I can make it somersault onto a set of dollies.
