I/O (Sterndrive) Conversion to Outboards

I glassed the stiffeners so if a fatty steps on the edge it will all be good.

He is getting it ready for when I get up to Mass in warmer weather and he is not in California or some other place ... Ted wants to make sure it will hold me and not break when I step on it ...

The engines are in . . .

I went over to the re-power shop today to take a look at the engines.

Now to finish things off and get the boat over there for mounting and rigging. (probably will be around May 1st)

So the new slips/sleeves over the old? I assume that was part of the week bits of calculation?
