hey guys...

My family and I went up to our lake house in Rhinelander, Wisconsin this weekend to clean up and put the boat in for the last time and run it before winterizing. On Saturday it was beautiful (60 and sun) but Sunday morning before pulling it out, it was 22 outside(Yikes!) My dad took a video of our Glastron SX170 with a mercury 150 XR6 warming up for a while and going half throttle (about 40 mph) to full throttle across the lake (60mph)

Thought it would be cool to take some videos and see how they turned out. It was absolutely freezing but worth getting one last ride in late October. Also, its amazing how well those 2 strokes run with dense, cold air and cold water temps!

may have to dust off the old jacket soon so i can keep fishin them days with the high in the 60 during january are a drag.

yea it was bitter cold but hearing that carbed v6 running in the morning makes it all worth it.

also, come to think of it, i was quite tempted to bring out the snowmobile helmet it was so cold going across the lake.
