Thats' another possibility. I have the person's address (dunno if it's valid).. I'm going to try and contact the police department in their town. What interest me is the fact there was no activity since April...All of which was good. Now all negative and no product delivery. Stolen ID, stolen goods, or a clever (yet stupid) thief... We'll see! I registered with PayPal a long time ago. Never got ir to work, though. It came back on every aatempt, saying the the payment could not be completed at this time - 'try again later'. I contacted PayPal's to get this solved but tey simply could not tell the problem. Looked it over several times but ended up saying 'we do maintain a high level of security and for some reason and due to some detail, you do not fit'. Felt pissed for a while but made my payments otherwise. One good thing by not being able to use PP is, that it's not too easy to buy. Bankers cheques, postal payments etc. takes a real, confirmed address etc. - not only a press of a button. PP's security system SHOULD keep you safe but appearantly does not do.

I would post his info here, but I better not in case there is any leagal recourse... His area code traces to New York...And it's a cell phone. I thought I had his full information, but when I looked again, there was no address. It just said New York, NY...Area code 646 Smells more like a thief... I tried to find an E-Mail to the NYPD, but it wants you to call. I would really like to handle it through e-mail, as I don't have much time to call and sit on hold. Lord knows which department I need to speak with at NYPD regarding this. Anyone in New York? "Led's send a few of da boys down"

LOL!! I'm not worried... I all but wrote this off as a bad experience, but when this fruitcake took a bunch of us...That pi-ssed me off. Yea, I lost $10.50 in the ordeal...So what. Hi Homerr, Sorry to hear you got scammed. I've had good luck so far with Ebay. Tonight I got an email from them saying my bidding is now restricted and I have to update my account. Looked authintic but I just deleted it after I saw that they was wanting my SSN and credit card number. Don't ever remember them asking for it before? They don't need that information but I know PayPal does. I figured it was just a way to get my information and rip me off.... I hope they don't scam my username. I have never sold anything on it and don't plan to. Keep us updated on your situation......SS

I know something was up so I didn't respond to it. I just deleted it out. I have never and never intend to put my SSN on the computer. That is just down right suicide! Should I contact ebay about the phoney email?

i've been ripped of on e-bay before. it was the only time i ever sent a money order payment. i'll never do that again but thats not the pint of my story. i worked for a small telecom company in cali. before the bottem droped out here. me and a buddy of mine are kinda into computers if you get my meaning. well we were having friendly wars with some of the people we work with. You know the friendly nerf darts and rubber band guns in the work place. Well me and my friend sat down and wrote a little program. Some of you out there might be familiar with these little rascals called BOTs. Bacicaly they are the programs that send all that frigg'n spam to your e-mail box when you get the same e-mail over and over and they even come from diffrent places. Well we wrote one of these, and e-mailed to just about our entire office all of the e-mail boxes of the recipiants were instantly flooded with 1000 usless e-mails of various garbage and this happened for 6 days only because we set the bot to run for that long. well back to my e-bay issue the dude that ripped me off received something simmilar to this for about 30 days. I wonder at what day he said screw it and changed his e-mail address...hmmm. I could have done much worse but anymore and i would have been breaking the law. but the moral of this story kiddies is that there are those of us out there that use our KNUG FU for good. i didn't get taken for enough to warrent the hassel of accualy going after the guy but i figured i should at least be anoying.

Sounds fun to do, but I want my money and the others that got ripped by this piece or chit. I have a few more days until I can submit a complaint to EBay and to see the outcome of my PayPal complaint. PayPal makes you wait for 10 days after you file. Oh, I can spam and do all that stuff too. I can do some really nasty stuff if I wanted, but why? He'll get his. Besides...If I do any kind of spamming, it'll probably be considered terrorism or something and get my buns tossed in jail and shacked up with Tyrone or Bubba. No thanks! EXIT ONLY! H.
