Hey EZ, Sorry to hear about that. Sometimes the behicle is of more value you as a running vehicle than the insurance would give you.
I has a friend that was driving home from work. A tree branch (More like 1/2 a tree) blew down in front of him. He flip his car and was killed. He had just gotten married 6 months before and had a 14 year-old sun. After his death, I looked up news stories and found out that this happens a lot more than anyone ever suspects.

Mikdee, Glad you have a CPAP. I was falling asleep while driving to work around 50 times one my way in (1hr ride). I would actually fall asleep and have a dream in seconds. I could barely function. My CPAP sure helps. I am sure glad I never had an accident or killed anyone. I didn't even know what a CPAP was until I saw the doctor.​

Scoop, it's so scary, & sad, when you hear about these sudden shocking freak accidents, especially if it's a friend or relative, "There but for the grace of God go I",,, Thank God I was ok, just had a little bruise on my nose, & upper ribcage, from the airbag,(where my glasses hit) & seatbelt, (glad I had both though! ) but, I mourned the loss of my truck, no way I could fix it, a bent frame, and book value, lost about $3k. As you say, I didn't have any concept about sleep apnea, till afterward it's only mild, but, then again, having diabetes makes it worse.

Please pardon me ezmobee, I'm sorry, I'm not trying to put your troubles down, I feel for you, and can relate,,, This topic just gave me a reason to put this pent up story out there, and maybe get some relief. I wish you all the Best!

Mike, I know what you're talking about with the diabetes. I am a diabetic also.​
