I would like to nominate SBN. He is just one of the most awsome guys I have ever run across. I alomst NEVER say this, but I would be a better man if I were more like him. <br /><br />Next I would nominate Mellow Yellow. Integrity is getting too hard to find these days, and he, Ply and Ralph all have it. I have learned from all three of them that it is better cross fishin lines than swords. Thanks guys.<br /><br />I would also like to nominate Ryan. Since Sloopy went on Riddlin, Ryan has provided hours of quality entertainment. Thanks Ryan.<br /><br />And lastly, I would nominate this forum as the overall best on the web. People from all over the world come here and share some measure of ourselves. If the world worked like this forum does,.....well, just think about it. (hey, could we install IBoats as the New World Order??)<br /><br />Love all yous guys. May the coming year bring blessings of peace and Gods mercy to you all.

Ok, I've finnally decided on a thread to nominate.<br /><br />I nominate all of SBN's "Funnies".<br /><br />Even though alot of them are CC&P, it don't matter, as I know those posts have brought smiles to many faces.<br /><br />Especially so early in the morning.

So many great people here - Ladyfish, SBN, "Craphunter", MY, BubbaKat, KKC, Roscoe, Castaway Ray, djohns19, Raplh, 12footer, SW, etc. But, if I had to chose one, it would have to be JB. The man does a great job around here (and he said if I nominated him I could come hunting at the Hideout!)<br /><br />iBoats gets the Corp. of the Year! What a great place and a great bunch of people! Thanks iBoats!

This choice is far to difficult for me. I enjoy reading each and every one of our members point of view. I laugh out loud at some of the one liners and have even stole a few.<br /><br />We have a great group here and choosing one person over another whether it be for technical or non boating issues, is an impossible task. Each and every one of us has his/her own character and style and something to offer. We would have to have so many categories; <br />Funniëst Poster<br />Best Use of Images<br />Best Use of Smilies<br />The Most Thought-Provoking Posts<br />Most Eloquent Posts<br />Best Spelling & Grammar<br />Best Defender of Faith<br />Best Use of Titles (the ones that appear above each post)<br />Best Signature Line<br />Best Avatar<br />Counterpoint (Best at Defending the Liberal Point of View)<br />Killer Bee (Conservative who best stirs up discussions with their own sometimes controversial opinions.)<br />and, Poster of the Year<br /><br />To me, we are all winners (I spelled that right didn't I?). ;) <br /><br />P.S. Thanks for the nomination Crabby, you have always been one of my favs too. :)

For all around, I'd vote for JB or outboard Jim.<br /><br />In the dockside chat forum SBN would be the leader.

While I am really honored, MY, I don't think moderators should qualify. Our role here is different than regular members and automatically high profile.<br /><br />SBN comes here to entertain us and make us smile. He does a wonderful job in the non-technical fora and deserves the recognition members have given him. :)

Yes flahthead, there will be. I already have a member that has volunteered to do the roasting at Watts Bar.
