The panel is just because the original was full of holes so they've just made a panel for it! They dit the same with my fletcher. It's a fixed up/modified fletcher i think...
i have sent a mail with pics to fletcher UK and maybe they can confirm that it is 100% theirs. I believe it is one (judging by a whole load of pics ive seen on a uk site)
