Idle adjustment on 2001 3.0 Mercruiser

How do you increase the idle speed on a 2001 3.0 Mercuiser? I see an adjutment screw on the carb but it does not appear to increase the idle speed.

do you know which carb? 2bbl or 4

"C" is the idle speed adjusment screw. You may also have to adjust the cable by turning the barrell on the cable one direction or the other.
