ignition switch

I am replacing the ignition switch on my 1982 johnson 35 hp.The switch has 6 terminals,the diagram does not show color of wire to each terminal.Need color code for wires to terminals.

Change one wire at the time, the termials are marked on the switch.

I need your wire colors. Try this, yellow with red stripe is starter wire, termial S. Purple with white stripe is primer/choke wire, termial C.<br />Red or red with purple is hot from battery, termial B. Black with yellow stripe comes from power pack, termial M on left side of B termial looking at back of switch.<br />Black is ground, termial M on right side of B looking at back of switch. purple is hot with key on, termial A.

Thanks capt. Clanton got switch wired and engine running,after blowing main fuse.
