Funny the things that show up when you have storage space. This is supposedly an original prop from the first Star Trek movie. It's been in storage since at least 1992 (at least that's the year on the trailer plate). The rather large raccoon was not pleased that we uncovered his mansion.

For 200K, the Dilithium crystals and warp core better be in usable condition. Obvious tractor beam damage on the front also reduces the value.
Then you have the old red copper bottom paint and high water line from a previous salvage attempt and ............... Well, They should pay you to take it away.

IMHO The real problem is with those overhead power lines in the photo's background. They apparently burnt out the gray matter memory cells.

Instead of turning it into a boat, how about a tow vehicle/grocery getter? I think my wife has reservations about riding around with me in my truck, but that thing? Wouldn't have to deal with the kids trying to get a ride anymore. LOL

Actually the boat dealer where I work bought the business in 2000. He also bought the corresponding storage buldings. He knew it was there...I didn't until she asked to take pictures of it for an upcoming auction.
