maybe someone can help. my 2 cent worth, with two pennats under my belt.
the first was the belldora. it was one of a kind. my mom and aunts made if for grandads home made pontoon. it was a true pennant with anchor design and all. no one but my family would ever be able to identify what it means.
second pennant was with us power squadron. as part of the omaha district, we, as a group of us power squadron members designed a pennant. it was made and distributed amongst the members, for a price. we maybe had 6-10 members. as ya can see, not a lot of pennants were sold. that was back in the 2005 era. i bet even today, if ya didn't know where it originated, ya'd be hard pressed to find out where it did originate at...
