I could not watch the entire video ....it was painful :(

You need to replace that impellar or you will be doing an entire engine job. I have NO IDEA where you read that an impellar will loosen up but that is wrong.

It either works or it does not.

To change an impellar with the boat on dry ground, the proper tools and parts.... a novice can do it in less than 2 hours.

dude, :eek:that impeller change is easy, better fix that first, but note: if your motor has thermostat(s) no water will come out the pee hole until AFTER the water in the block goes past 143 degrees, even then it will cycle on and off at the pee hole. It also sounds and looks like you have either a fuel bulb that leaks back or a fuel pump that is not working properly. Could be the check valves on the fuel pump or a pinhole (or bigger) in the diaphram. Or maybe the idle mixture screw are adjusted improperly or idle RPM set way too low.

My RPM is good, today we ripped the engine apart, put in a new impeller (old one was fine but just for the heck of it) and found the pee hole had a small clog *facepalm*. The only thing that still remains though is the engine still makes a weird clacking noise but we determined something is wrong withen the 3rd piston or carb. We took that carb out but everthing was fine? Any ideas?
