me......I'M STILL STANDIN ! ! ! Still gainfully unemployed and still nose to the ground lookin for work too ! ! <br /><br />Got my garden all in and things are growin fair. I've lost bout 10 tomato plants to wilt, virus and such, the damn deer raided my peas the other night so I've been hidin out by the garden so I can cash in on my depredation permit . <br /><br />Other than that I'm doin good. I've painted the house twice, done every conceivable chore there is to do around the place. Got the youngun graduated from high school. Now the battle is on trying to get him to write thankyou notes for all the cash and crud he's gotten for graduation. <br /><br />Jen E. Dawg is still kickin, still being a true slob dawg. <br /><br />I do have a couple job opportunities working just waiting to hear back on them. I've been on a couple face to face interviews and had several phone interviews so WISH ME LUCK ! ! !<br /><br />Yall take care and have a good Memorial Day weekend....<br /><br />Ed

had a good day today...the bro-n-law took me to one of his private honey hole fishin spots this morning. Its been a LOOOOOOOOOONG time since I've caught fish like we did this morning. From 5:30 to 10:00 we caught 52 large mouth bass. All were averaging 3 to 5 lbs. Bro-n-law caught one that went 9 and I caught one that went t pounds. It was unlike anything I've ever been on.<br /><br />THe lake is an 85 acre private impoundment thats strictly managed. The outfit that does the management is called Southern Pond Management. I'm tellin yall those pond management guy must know what they're doing. If we wanted to keep any to eat they had to be 17 inches or less to keep.<br /><br /><br />I had a great time ! ! !! Gonna eat some fish this evenin ! ! !
