info on 2002 merc 90

I am concidering buying a 1860 sled tommorow, It has a 2002 90 horse 2 cycle moter with jet pump, anything I should know about this motor? fuel economy? reliability? quirks? thank you

note that you are buying a 90hp +- 9 gallons per hour wot. but you are only getting approx, 60-70 hp out of the jet unit compared to a propped motor that delivers 90 hp at the prop. not the most effiecent way to boat. jets have there place in shallow rocky rivers.
