I have a 1995 Johnson 225 looper that sometimes will not come off high idle from quickstart. Motor seems to run cold; it will finally idle down after 12 minutes. New thermostats (143) plug wires, carbs all closed. Motor runs great otherwise, compression 100 in all cylinders. Can usually troubleshoot problems but this has me baffled. Any ideas?
