Internal Anode on 2000 OX66 200HP

I have a friend with a pair of 2000 OX66 200HP's.

Can somebody explain/show me where to find the internal anode on them.

Also should these be chnaged regularly or just when they visually need to be?

Is there any special procedure for removing/installing them?

can you post the model number ?
they made an EFI in both 2.6 and 3.1 liter and both are wildly different that year.
