Internet provider

I posted a while back about looking for a new provider. I made the jump and went with COMCAST cable. After looking at the telephone, TV bill and what I paid for dial up, not a whole lot of difference. At least for the 1st year. Man! what a diffference in service and speed. Now I feel like I am in the 21st century.

My daughter just went with Windstream for the dish, phone and dsl for I think $84 a month. Somewhere in that range anyway.

My neighbor has dish and has constant problems this far north. No one in my neck of the woods provide DSL. This includes phone w/unlimited call a over the US, Canada, Guam, etc., not that I will use anything but here in USA,which includes Alasaka and Hawaii. With the new all in one package, it runs about $100.00 per month at least for the first year. By then I will know if we want to keep it as there is no contract involved. After only 2 days , I am happy, still have a lot to learn. My wife says she is totally confused.

Yea, her phone is unlimited local and long distance.
Pretty good deal for the service.
