Hi, I have an intex mariner 4 (2010), intex motor mount, and. 1996 Nissan 3.5hp water-cooled outboard short shaft (with doel fins)
My problem Is that when I give the motor more than 1/3 throttle, the wood on the mount goes in the wAter, then the motor goes down too. I have tried with and without the fins, adjusting the height of the wood on the mount, and adjusting the pitch of the motor, and I still get the same problem. I have seen videos of the boat with much larger and heavier motors with no problems. Please any advice or suggestions Is helpful. (oh and yes it is definitely fully inflated)
