I have change my battery and reverse the pole!! So now my RPM dead, no light (pressure oil and other), no bip ready(beeper is ok) but motor start well. Is-it RPM or what??

The rpm tachometer runs from the rectifier, because you reversed the battery leads you blew the rectifier.
Test the rectifier by reading voltage at the battery with engine off and again when running, if the volts do not increase with the engine running the rectifier needs replacing. Be carefull, reverse battery cables can do a lot of damage in 2 seconds.
