The D-link camera that we have doesn't need a static IP or DDNS. It is also wireless. You setup an account and the camera links to it over the internet. I have the my-Dlink app on my phone and can watch it at anytime. There are no service fees and the app is free. We normally just use it to watch the kids when they are downstairs of if we have a babysitter over. It is nice that all way have to do is find an outlet and it will work.
