Is 20HP model 20R71S compatible to 28hp rx-10 for parts

I may be able to get a 1971 20hp model 20R71S for parts and was wondering if any of these parts would be compatible to a 1962 28hp rx-10.I was mainly concerned with the lower unit, pull start,tillar arm and prop.

No, not even close. The only thing compatible would be the magneto (except flywheel).
