Your throttle linkage pushing the carb linkgage all the way?
In the drive. Put in F push throttle all the way full throttle.
Turn prop so it engages.That takes any strain off the linkage.
Then go to the carb linkage, push it by hand and see if the lever moves any?
Your motor could have come with 4 different drives.Pics?
Any #s on the top or side anywhere on the drive?
There is a way to identify the drive.Will have to look in my manual and see if I can figure it out.
