Am I damaging my boat by beaching it on a cement boat ramp? I hear it scrape the bottom when I come ashore and wonder if I'm doing long term damage to the hull. Thoughts?

The answer is as simple as looking at the boat. If its all scraped up, yes, you are doing damage. Concrete is hard and is even worse than hitting rocks as it is terribly abrasive.

Only if you consider a badly worn down keel and possible leaking hull and eventually sinking to the bottom of the lake a bad thing...

otherwise no.. metal-on-cement scraping noises are usually welcome sounds in the boating world!

YES, get a keep guard or talk to a shop that does bediners, I recommend Line-ex because it is lighter and plyable, they will probalby do it for a few bucks. I did my fiberglass fishing boat with it and even the canadian rock fish didn't hurt the boat!!

Ya, get a keel sheild as soon as possible, if you do wear throught the keel there really is no fix for it, that isn't something you can replace.

The keel is pretty thick but sooner than later you will go through and start leaking.
