Is my lower unit oil "milky?"

Drained my lower unit oil in my dt150 outboard. Would the fluid in the picture be considered "milky" and a sign of water intrusion?

Put fresh lower unit oil in there and then check it often to try and get an idea of the extent of any leaks or contamination.....since you just bought the boat, there's not much was of knowing when/if that fluid has been changed.....it may just be old/cloudy.....

is that a white Yamaha or Suzuki?

I would pressure test the lower unit to find the seal that is leaking

It's a white Suzuki. Will have to wait til spring to really test it. Just changed both drain plugs and gaskets which seemed pretty old, so maybe there is a shot in hell that it was seeping in through there. Will take all your suggestions into consideration.

You may want to remove your prop and inspect prop shaft for possible monofilament fishing line wrapped around it and under the seal causing seal leakage and/or damage....
