solo - looks like you already have that seperate thread I suggested elsewhere - sorry.

Switch on the back of the tach - run it back and forth through it's range a couple times than return it to the 6cyl position. See if it is still rerading low.

Cluster - is it truly a "cluster"? It looks like seperate gauges mounted to a single faceplate.

Yes I saw it and THANK YOU! I can't see the small wheel though to adjust it. It is so STINKEN HOT that I only lasted a few minutes before I was soaking wet. I will try and take it out tonight if it cools down if not tomorrow.....

Just noticed your post -- I had the same problem with my speedometer and I have the exact same gauge cluster.

Your cluster is electronically programmable. It took me about 4 days but I finally tracked down the company that had the manual. It only took me 5 minutes to reprogram my speedometer. The tach can be programmed the same way.

The manual is too large to attach. Edit: Contact me via PM and I will fax or email it to you. You do not need a new instrument cluster.
