Is this gonna be a good manual? Does anyone have this? What do you think? I have a 78 Chrysler 250 Sailor 10HP.

None of the CD manuals can be trusted. I have asked several of the sellers if their manual was copied from the OEM and none could tell me.

You will be better off to look for a Clymer or at least a Seloc.
