that isn't an overload spring. It's an add a leaf and belongs under the spring or better yet in the scrap pile.... 'course it doesn't really matter since the O/P isn't posting anymore... likely long gone

hi here is an update i ditch the spring and bought new one. Didn't know how old they where and they was pretty soft too. thanks for the help.

It is definitely not an add a leaf and it doesn't belong on the bottom of the leaf pack.

seen plenty just like it back in the day on the bottom shelf at the auto parts store.... it's not an add a leaf like you get from a suspension company like rancho or the like tho and it's a goofy design

Stile there was gone on a hunting trip for a week with my friend duck boat. Maybe i will be able with mine in smaller lake next year.
