I had the same issue found in the post below and replaced the cover as described however I can't get the trim all the way up to hold stiff. Hope someone can give me some tips.

After replacing the cover I added fluid and moved the leg up and down a few times to get it to self bleed. I found that opening the seal plug from after moving up and down would let some air go so I worked this out a few times. The leg starts going down slow and at some point goes down faster while going up is very slow.
The leg goes all the way up after a while however its not holding stiff, when you press down it moves a bit (2 inches movement).
I believe I still have a bit of air in the lines. Any tips on alternative to bleed the lines to remove the air trapped?
