Its a Big Big World and I need some help

Ok some here would say I need a LOT of help <br />Here is the deal. <br />Mrs.Link has Mondays off and turns PBS on for backround noise. For the last three weeks we have stopped what we were doing and watched "It's a Big Big World" Childrens show. We esp like the main character's closing song. (by Snook)<br />"Try to touch the sky"<br />Well tonight the singer Pat Boone was advertising something on the radio and we both looked at each other and said he "Pat Boone" sounds like Snook!<br /><br />For the last couple hours I've been trying to find out who is the voice doing Snook!<br />But between my blond roots and One working brain cell have not been able to.<br /><br />If nothing else you will get to see a cute vidio and hear a pleasnt song with a good message to kids.<br /><br />Click on the URL then on the song <br />Try to Touch the Sky!<br /><br /> http://pbskids.org/bigbigworld/videos.html <br /><br />If it is Pat Boone great. I don't think you need help at all Link. Sometimes it's nice to come down a few notches and take a look at things from a child's view. Helps put things in a better prospective and let's us forget about the rat race for a while. <br /><br />I checked out their site. It's a cool site to visit. Tried to search for you and find who sings it, but no luck. Did searches on Pat Boone and It's a Big Big World. I probably turned up the same links that you did. One funny thing that I did find is a link to a song by a singer named Snook. It's a Christmas song about a guy that got his car impounded. Kinda funny! I'll try to see if I can find anything else.

Very true, good point.<br />After posting we played on the site and determind it wasn't Pat Boone.<br /><br />Ken<br />Thanks! <br />I just could not find that. <br /><br />I once searched for weeks trying to find a song by someone named IZ (Pre-Internet) It was used as bumper music on a radio show.<br />During lunch I mentioned this and one of the guys says Oh Izzy! Israel Kamakawiwo'ole a big star from Hawaii.<br />The song I was looking for was Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World.<br />Great song by him.
