Can anyone tell me if a Force outboard with Chrysler clamp style transom mount can be mounted on a jackplate?

If the screws and circular plates will fit inside the jackplate, then the engine will mount. You need at least 4 inches clearance inside the jackplate OR (not easy or good) you need to cut down the screws some.

HOWEVER: You will need to thicken the jackplate mounting plate with a slug of aluminum--say 2 inch by 1 inch by 12-13 inches long. It must be at least 1 1/2 inches in total thickness for the screws to reach and clamp tight.

This is not a jackplate but you can see that if the transom is too thin. the clamps will close all the way without grabbing.

Anything is possible. It all boils down to how much do you want to spend and redesign to accomplish that task and make it safe too... I'll have the exact same issue and plan on installing an engine with screw clamps too to a jack plate. So I know what you are dealing with... I think it is absolutely do-able...
