This one is a little over the edge. I cannot find the actual verbage and I am not a lawyer but I can see this getting out of hand. I would look for a pattern of mentally deficient decisions before allowing someone to try and understand ones reasoning for a given ruling and attempt to pass judgement.

It should be called "Preparation H" instead of instead of "Amendment E".....
& the people who conceived it should apply it, "Liberally"d

It couldn't have happened any sooner. I too blame the judicial system for most of our problems. The judge's "Revolving Door Policy" of letting juvenial delinquents off with only a slap on the wrist. Some of these criminals need more of a paddle on the a$$ than a slap on the wrist. Sure our prisons are over flowing.... Look at Arizona. They have a tent city in the prison and the inmates are required to wear pink underwear. They also get to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I'd like to see the Arizona prison system adopted all around the world. "If you do the crime....You do the time."

I have been following the efforts of Ron Branson and his Jail 4 Judges initiatives for some years. The guy is dead on the money. There is a crap load of disinformation swirling in the ether about the intent of the initiative. I’m not even going to bother clicking on any link that goes to CNN, and Pointer, you should be ashamed of yourself for even wasting your time there.

EVERYONE WOULD DO WELL TO GET ON YOUR KNEES AND PRAY TO YOUR GOD THAT AMENDMENT ‘E’ IS PASSED BY THE VOTERS IN SOUTH DAKOTA TOMORROW.

So much of the status quo would have you believe the tree of justice will be ripped by its roots if Amendment E passes. Not true. But the judiciary at every level is now running scared because for the last 10-years Branson couldn’t get a foothold, but how he has.

This month the Supreme Court of the State of California will hold a meeting in San Francisco for all of California’s courts to discuss a single topic; how to deal with Branson’s initiative when it arrives here. People everywhere are fed up with the courts, want them fixed. Jail 4 Judges cuts thru the crap, would return our judicial system (1) to a status much less corrupt, and (2) back over to the people. Judges would no longer be this country’s royalty.

Rabbit, I'm sorry, CNN is a joke. But I am concerned that the mob rules the rabble. It is pathetic how the judiciary can't seem to police its own. Their arrogance is difficult to understand and the scope of their arrogance hard to believe.
