Jet boat engine trailer/out of water start

Cowl? No it's an inboard -- the engine is inside. The starter came undone with lubricant

I need a blower. Any suggestions?

He meant it's an inboard jet that uses an outboard power head.

Not sure if any one blower fan is better than the next, just be sure to get one with the same size diameter of the hose and vent you have.
