That happened 12miles from here. I am very familiar with the area he was in, and it's ALL "No Wake" zone because of mored vessels.
Not only that, but the CG station is just accross the bay from where this cowboy was playing.
First, they found the headless body, and were investigating reports of foul play because the guy got into a pushing-match with another guy earlier in the day.

The same thing happened here last summer when a ski buzzed through a bunch of boats anchored for a fireworks display :eek:

I was thinking about that the other night, going, "yaknow...I got a dollar that says it was a no wake zone"
