Johnson 115 Id tag help!

K so I'm frustrated,I got a 78 mark Twain 17' with a johnson 115 v4.the metal tag is clear,it says 115ETL730.everywhere I look this motor should not exsist,can anyone she'd some light? I have not yet looked for plug on powerhead,boat is in shop in next town any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I honestly don't think so,and I can't figure out how to get a pic on here that isn't too big in size.

Ok,I zoomed WAY in and it is very possible the factory stamp wasn't punched hard enough to make a full 8 and possibly ran out of tag to finish a zero so it appeared as a c,I'm gunna go with it and I'm glad you brought up that link.next time I'm gunna see if I can find the plug on top to verify.what does etl and the c mean?

Not 100% sure but probably
E: electric start
T: tilt/trim
L: long shaft (20in +/-)

C: 3rd minor 'revision' or update to that model (a: 1st update, b: 2nd update, etc)

Thank you jbcurt for the info!! Very much appreciated,just picked up another fiberglasser,boat looks to.be in decent shape for location I'm in.I'm looking to get her ready for water one the 20" of ice disappears!
