Johnson 140 starts but won't run

Spring again and time to get the boat ready. Popped in new plugs, new fuel filter, pumped up the bulb, and the battery still has a charge! Wow, she fires up, but will only run as long as I keep pumping the electric primer. Even then, she revs up & dies after a few seconds.

I put in fuel stabilizer for the winter, and she seems to fire OK, but won't idle or keep running. I'm not sure where to look next. Any ideas?

Will it keep running if you keep squeezing the primer bulb?

I haven't tried that yet. I'll give it a try this weekend.
