johnson 140 v4 to decarb or not

i d like to thank all who give their time and knoledge to these threads. i have a j140tlcte 83 model rebuilt 1 yr i do some ttrolling with it and would like to know if i should put seafoam in it. also where to buy a service manuel if someone may have

No reason not to Seafoam to maintain the fuel system.

If you want to decarb with Seafoam, thats a good idea too.
