OK thanks for all of the great help, and last night I switched the coils again and now i am getting a stronger spark on the top instead so i will buy a new coil and it should do the trick.

well I replaced all of the coils/points/condensores/plug wires/ plugs and I am getting great spark in both the bottom and top cylinders so i know just need to make a very easy fix on the starter and tomorrow could be the test day.

Well today I tested it in the barrel and it fired right up then quickly shut back off with some adjustments on the points it runs like a charm. So thanks for all of the help everyone. And with some fine tuning of the speed adjustments on the lake I will be fishing in no time at all.
