My motor starts fine but in the lake it bogs at full throttle I pump the ball and it acted like it wanted to go but didn't then the hose at the tank came off ( kick it or something ) but as it started to run good then run out of gas any Ideas

Hose coming off at the tank is a good place to start. Get that on there so it stays on and try it again. Sounds like a fuel starvation problem and a disconnected fuel hose will tend to cause that.

Repair the line, and replace the fuel pump. Square pump and gasket will work -- Ebay for a used pump and a rebuild kit, if you want to go that route.

Might have been sucking air because it wasn't connected properly.

I assume you have fresh gas in it (this time of year a lot of motors run bad on last year's gas), and had the tank vent open. Try hooking it up again and see if it runs, but starving at wide open throttle often means the fuel pump is starting to go.
