Johnson 2HP Model 2R73B idel adjustment question

I just bought a 1973 2HP, it has 2 adjustment knobs. What is the proper setting for the low and high speed knobs?

The upper one is the idle mixture adjustment, the lower one the high speed adjustment.
Normally set each to the mid point of its adjustment range.
