That isn't your problem... You need to find a real Johnson mechanic to sort out what is missing and what isnt...

Hummm....a part number for a hole? Lets see...

Just kidding! Although I tend to agree we need a new dealer/tech. I'm sure you dont mean it has no water pressure, youd be asking about bore sizes and pistons if so. We almost assume you mean it has no water pressure gauge and need to know where it ties into the system.

On your Johnson 200 GT the gauge ties into the line coming up from the adaptor palte on the starboard side going to the throttle controled water valve. The overboard stream comes out thru the aspirator which is secured in the starboard side pan (lower motor cover).

Stay with Champion plugs. There are a couple of different ones available but I use the QL77JC4. They're a bit cooler than some, a little more cushion so to speak. Stay with fresh 87 octane too.

Good luck!

Thanks Dhadley!
shouldnt the aspirator have a restrictor? This
one has around 1/4 to 5/16 hole & the gauge is
currently hooked to it,I can restrict it there
& the water pressure gauge works.
